The Kiley Ranch business park will offer space for corporate offices, from light industrial and cottage industries, to mom and pop family businesses. The business park will incorporate modern architecture style as well as relaxing plazas and outdoor features.
The Kiley Ranch Retail/Commercial Center will provide the community with an array of commercial services including national retail stores, grocery markets, restaurants, local shops and boutiques. Strategically located along Pyramid Highway between Lazy 5 Parkway and Sparks Boulevard the Retail/Commercial Center is the visitor’s first window into the community and will set the tone for the neighborhoods in Kiley Ranch.
The Kiley Ranch Village Center will be the focal point of the community and serve as the entertainment hub, offering residents a community gathering place. The Village Center could include restaurants, coffee houses, bookstores, movie theaters and professional offices which would be situated along a promenade of classic two and three- story buildings fronting a tree-lined main street.
